I didn’t see all of the finals today, but there was one final in particular that was the real draw for me today. I am referring to the u23 men’s singles final between Joseph Rogers and Alex Pang. Alex has been absent from badminton after years of dominating during juniors, and after coming back for a few short weeks Alex was able to pull off the win. It was three really close games, and a pretty exciting game to watch. Hopefully this will pull Alex back into the game again as Canada could use another strong player. It would also be nice to see him play against David Snider after he’s had a chance to start training some more again.
